Memberships
Locally, all of our lawyers are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Association and permitted to practise law in the Luxembourg jurisdiction either as Avocats or Avocats à la Cour, or they are admitted to exercise their legal profession in Luxembourg under the relevant hometitle of the respective home country.
Internationally, our strategy is to be an independent non-affiliated but leading medium sized law firm in the Luxembourg legal market, acting on cross-border and multi-jurisdiction client matters with high profile correspondents and distinguished foreign law firms.
We undertake significant client work hand in hand with leading audit and tax firms, and we regularly work with international leading law firms, which recommend us to their clients for the legal work and services they need in the Luxembourg jurisdiction.
Our lawyers are members of numerous international associations, such as IBA, the International Bar Association, UIA, the Union Internationale des Avocats, the UEA, the Union Européenne des Avocats, the AIJA, the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats, or INSOL, the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals.
